- 2 cups 2% milk (or canned coconut milk for a richer dairy-free option & it’s what they use at First Watch)
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

How to Make the First Watch Inspired AM Superfoods Bowl
Step 1: Prepare the Chia Seed Pudding
In a large mason jar, combine the milk and maple syrup.
