Beginner Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

This simple recipe only takes three ingredients. It is healthy and full of fiber. Plus, when you add some berries with it, it is the perfect afternoon snack craving food. I love texture, but if you don't, this might not be the recipe for you. Also, people say it helps with weight loss, so..there you go.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Course: Breakfast, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups 2% milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Stir the milk and maple syrup together in a large mason jar. I think a mason jar work best because I shake it during this recipe and like to be able to put the lid on it. But just use what you have.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and let it sit for 10 minutes. Stir again, put the lid on it, and give it a good shake.
  3. Put it in the refrigerator overnight or for 4-8 hours. I like to put it in there overnight.
  4. Serve about ½ cup with fresh berries and enjoy!
  5. Store it in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
