Preheat your oven to 400°.
Rinse and dry the broccoli.
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Spread the broccoli out onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the broccoli and toss to coat. I use tongs for this.
Season with Dan-O's All-Purpose Seasoning.
Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven to toss, and put back into the oven for 15 more minutes.
After the broccoli has roasted for 30 minutes total, you are good to go. Serve immediately with dinner or cool and store in glass containers for meal-prep for the week.
