Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Wash and chop the veggies.
Spread the veggies in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Toss the vegetables with olive oil and your choice of seasoning. Make sure the vegetables are well-coated with the oil and seasonings.
Place the sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
While the vegetables are roasting, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the sliced deer salami in a single layer.
Cook the salami for about 5 minutes on each side until it crisps up.
Combine the roasted veggies and the skillet fried deer salami. Serve & Enjoy!
