Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare your toppings by cutting, chopping, or crushing.
Prepare your apples by washing in hot water, drying completely, taking off the stems, and inserting a craft stick into the top.
Unwrap caramels and place them in a large microwave safe bowl.
Add in 1 tsp. of water and heat for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and stir until creamy and smooth.
Hold onto the craft stick and roll the apple around in the caramel until all sides are coated. Let the excess drip off into the bowl.
Roll them into the toppings or sprinkle topping onto caramel .
Place caramel apple on parchment paper to cool and set up.
Slice and enjoy!
