Loaded Bubble Pizza with Ground Venison

This recipe is fun and easy to make. It is a great one to teach your teens to make. It's crust heavy with the biscuits and I love that you can top it with whatever you want. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large can refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
  • 1 14 oz. jar of pizza sauce
  • 2 cups pizza blend cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. meat combination options (browned ground venison, pepperonis, cooked bacon broken into small pieces)
  • Toppings: olives, banana peppers, red pepper flakes, etc.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. Cook, chop, and break apart any meat going onto the pizza.
  3. Cut the biscuits into quarters.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of pizza sauce into the bottom of your 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread it around.
  5. Place the cut biscuit pieces on top of the pizza sauce.

  6. Pour the rest of the pizza sauce over the top of the biscuits.
  7. Top with your choice of pizza toppings.

  8. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.

  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the biscuits are cooked through.
