Method
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter (salted or unsalted) in a large saucepan over medium heat.

- Once the butter is melted, spoon in all of the marshmallow cream/fluff using a spatula.

- Turn off the heat and mix the marshmallow cream and butter until incorporated. You are not cooking it, just mixing it.

- Take it off of the heat.
- Stir in 7 cups of Rice Krispie cereal. Keep stirring until all of the cereal is covered with the cream.

- Use the spatula to help you scoop and scrape the mixture out of the saucepan and into the 9 x 13 pan.

- Take the spatula and spread the delicious goodness evenly throughout the pan.

- Let them cool on the counter. You can serve whenever you want, but I like to cover mine, refrigerate, and serve cold.
- Cover them with a lid or foil and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Notes
Marshmallow cream is easier to handle when it is slightly warm. You can always dip the spatula in hot water to make it easier to remove the cream out of the jar.
Serving them cold is a great way to enjoy this treat.
If you don’t have a stove, you can simply heat the butter in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl, add the cream, and then the Rice Krispie cereal.
