Method
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray.
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
Combine the Dry Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the white granulated sugar, brown sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add in the Wet Ingredients
- Mix in the milk and melted butter. Stir until combined.

- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.

- Sprinkle the blackberries evenly over the top. Do not stir or mix in.

- Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top of the berries.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until the center is set.

- Cool for 10 minutes and serve.

Tips
- Make sure to sprinkle the brown sugar on the top before you bake it.
- Serve with ice cream.
- You can add a few extra berries before baking if you think it looks like it could use a few more.
- You can melt the butter in the pan while the oven is preheating for a crispier edge. You can just pour the batter right on top of the melted butter if you do it this way.
