Ingredients
  

Basic Two Ingredient Dough with Gluten-Free Self-Rising Flour
  • cups gluten-free self-rising flour (may need more for kneading purposes)
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain yogurt)
Basic Dough without Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free all purpose flour (any flour will work)
  • 1 ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Method
 

  1. Mix together 1 ½ cups flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt.

  2. Sprinkle flour on your surface and begin kneading the dough. Add more flour as needed. You may end up using up to ½ cup more.

  3. Use dough in a recipe or wrap with cling wrap and store for later.

Notes

If you do not have self-rising flour, add 1 1/4 tsp. of baking powder and 1/4 tsp. of salt to whatever flour you are using to create your own self-rising flour.
