Method
- Mix together 1 ½ cups flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt.

- Sprinkle flour on your surface and begin kneading the dough. Add more flour as needed. You may end up using up to ½ cup more.

- Use dough in a recipe or wrap with cling wrap and store for later.

Notes
If you do not have self-rising flour, add 1 1/4 tsp. of baking powder and 1/4 tsp. of salt to whatever flour you are using to create your own self-rising flour.
