Start the Sous Vide
- Fill your sous vide container with water to the designated line.
- Set the Sous Vide to 140°.
- Set the Sous Vide time for 9-12 hours.
Prepare the Wild Turkey Breasts
- Rinse the wild turkey breasts and pat them dry.
- Cut the two super large breast into 4-5 smaller breast sizes. Closer to the size of a chicken breasts.
- Put each turkey breast into their own zip lock bag.
- Drizzle the olive oil over each breast. About 1-2 tablespoons per breasts.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the breast in each bag.
- Add a lemons slice and some fresh herbs to each bag.

- Push the air out of the bag and seal it.
- Place the bags in the sous vide and cook at 140° for 9-12 hours. Make sure the breast are not touching and are submerged. Don't let the top of the zip lock get into the water, because it might leak.
- Once they are done, you can serve them however you would like. You can use them in the same way you would use a cooked chicken breast.
