Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 425°.
- Saute the diced onion and celery in two tablespoons of oil or butter for 10 minutes.
- Melt the butter and pour it in your pan or melt the butter in the pan in the oven.

- Put the shredded chicken over the melted butter.

- Pour the mixed veggies over the chicken.

- Pour the diced onion and celery over the frozen veggies.
Red Lobster Biscuit Mix Topping
- In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of milk, the biscuit mix, and the seasoning packet. Whisk until smooth.

- Pour the batter over the chicken casserole.
Chicken Stock & Cream of Chicken Mixture
- Using the same bowl from the biscuit topping, mix together the chicken stock and the cream of chicken soup.

- Pour that over the top. You don't need to stir anything.
Bake
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
