You’re going to love this punch. It’s sweet, a little tangy, and totally refreshing. It’s called Cheery Cherry Punch, and it always disappears fast. You can make it ahead, and just add the bubbly part right before serving. Let me show you how to mix it up.

What You’ll Need for Cheery Cherry Punch

This recipe comes together quickly, and you probably already have most of the ingredients. Here’s what we’re using:
• 1 ½ ounces of cherry gelatin mix (or black cherry punch gelatin if you want a deeper flavor)
• ½ cup hot water
• 23 ounces chilled pineapple juice
• 2 cups chilled apple juice
• ½ cup chilled lemon juice
• ½ liter of chilled ginger ale
• Optional: maraschino cherries or lemon wedges for garnish

How to Make Cheery Cherry Punch with Ginger Ale

Start with the gelatin. Grab a large pitcher or mixing bowl. Pour in the hot water and stir in the cherry gelatin mix. Stir until it’s mostly dissolved. Don’t worry if there are a few tiny grains left.

Next, add your juices. Pour in the chilled pineapple juice, apple juice, and lemon juice. Stir everything together until smooth. Now, pop it in the fridge and let it chill. You want it nice and cold before serving.

Right before you serve it, that’s when the magic happens. Pour in the ginger ale. It gives the punch a bubbly sparkle that’s so fun and refreshing.

If you want to get a little fancy, go ahead and toss in some maraschino cherries or lemon wedges. Totally optional, but they look great and add a little extra flavor.

Why I Love This Punch

It’s easy. It’s pretty. It tastes like summer in a glass. And honestly, you can tweak it however you like. Use black cherry punch gelatin for a bold flavor. Use a mix of juices if you’re low on one. Add a little extra ginger ale if you love the fizz. This punch is super forgiving.

It’s also a hit at just about any gathering—baby showers, church potlucks, birthday parties, or lazy Saturday afternoons. You can easily double this for a crowd. The ratios listed are for a regular pitcher size that you would use at home.

Time to Be a Doer and Make Cherry Punch

A Few Quick Tips
• Make the juice mixture ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
• Don’t add the ginger ale until just before serving. That keeps it fizzy.
• Want to make it look extra cute? Serve it in mason jars or a big glass punch bowl.
• If you’re serving kids, let them help garnish with cherries or lemon slices. It’s fun and totally optional.

So that’s it! Cheery Cherry Punch—sweet, fizzy, and full of flavor from cherry gelatin, pineapple juice, and bubbly ginger ale. Let me know if you try it! You might want to double the recipe next time.
