- Put the chicken breast in the crock pot and season with all the seasonings.

- Add in the onion, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and lastly the chicken broth.

- Cook on low for 3 hours, remove and shred the chicken and then return it to the crock pot.

- Stir in the cream and the spinach. Enjoy!

This is one of those meals that you can just throw in the crock pot and then forget about it. I love the artichoke hearts and the sun dried tomatoes. I think they make such a great addition.

- 2 lbs. Chicken breast
- 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 6 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 diced yellow onion
- 14 oz. can of quartered artichoke hearts (drained)
- 8.5 oz. jar of sun dried tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz. fresh spinach
- 2 cups heavy cream








How to Make Creamy Tuscan Chicken Soup with Heavy Cream in the Crockpot
Add everything but the spinach and heavy cream, cook on low for 3 hours, shred the chicken, add in the spinach and heavy cream and you are done!
