- In a large saute pan, brown the ground venison, diced onion, and garlic until the meet is cooked through.

- Pour in the taco seasoning packets, ranch packet, and water. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
Tater Tots
- Preheat the oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen tater tots, olive oil, and seasoning. Stir until coated. It'll fall off a bit since the tater tots are frozen, but it'll be fine.

- Spread the tater tots evenly over the parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until done. You can follow the directions on the back of the package for this step if you want.

Assemble the Totchos with Ground Venison
- Take the tater tots out of the oven, evenly distribute the ground venison over the tater tots, and sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Put them back in the oven for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
