Ingredients
  

  • 2 sous vide wild turkey breast, thinly sliced or cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2-3 bell peppers, diced (any color)
  • 4 mini cucumbers, sliced thin
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 can garbanzo beans or chick peas, drained and rinsed
  • fresh mozzarella, diced, torn, or sliced
  • ¾ cup banana peppers, diced
  • olive oil, Mediterranean dressing or choice, or ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Sous vide the wild turkey breast according to the directions. Then, thinly slice or cut it into bite sized pieces.

  2. Cut up the rest of the fresh vegetable ingredients and add ALL of the ingredients to a large salad bowl. Well, not the dressing.
    1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped, 2-3 bell peppers, diced (any color), 4 mini cucumbers, sliced thin, ½ red onion, diced, 1 can garbanzo beans or chick peas, drained and rinsed , fresh mozzarella, diced, torn, or sliced, ¾ cup banana peppers, diced
  3. Drizzle olive oil, your favorite Mediterranean dressing, or ranch over the top of your bowl of salad and enjoy!
