Mandarin Pork Chops with Ground Cloves

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 pork chops, boneless
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • (11 oz.) cans of mandarin oranges, drained
  • ½-1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Brown the pork chops for 3-5 minutes per side.
  3. Pour the drained oranges over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the ground cloves and ground black pepper over the top.
  5. Cover and continue cooking over medium heat for 15 minutes. You want the juices to run clear.
