Easy Crockpot Meatball Stew

A simple crockpot meatball stew made with frozen meatballs, hearty vegetables, and a rich, savory broth. This easy slow cooker dinner comes together with just 15 minutes of prep and cooks low and slow for a comforting, no-fuss meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 26 oz. bag of frozen meatballs (about 2 lbs.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 bag baby carrots (I don't chop them)
  • 1 small bag of frozen peas
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 32 oz. beef broth (4 cups)
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen meatballs to the crockpot and then add in all of the other ingredients.
    26 oz. bag of frozen meatballs (about 2 lbs.), 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 3 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 onion, chopped, 4 ribs celery, chopped, 1 bag baby carrots (I don't chop them), 1 small bag of frozen peas, 3 cloves minced garlic , 6 oz. can tomato paste, 32 oz. beef broth (4 cups), 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 5-6. Check your vegetables to make sure they are tender enough for your liking.
    2 cans green beans
  3. Serve with some crusty rolls or cornbread cakes and enjoy.
