Easy Chicken Caesar Protein Meal Prep Bowls

These chicken Caesar protein meal prep bowls are made with protein rich ingredients and they couldn't be easier to put together.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs. chicken breast
  • 32 oz. Kettle & Fire Bone Broth
  • 2 8 oz. bottles of Primal Kitchen Caesar & Avocado Marinade (16 oz. total)
  • 16 oz. protein pasta (Barilla thin spaghetti)

Equipment

  • crock-pot

Method
 

  1. Combine the chicken breast, protein chicken broth or bone broth, and Caesar dressing in a crock-pot.
  2. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  3. After 3 hours, shred the chicken.
  4. Break the thin protein spaghetti noodles into 2 inch pieces and add them to the crock-pot.
  5. Push them down into the liquid and cook for another 30-40 minutes or until the noodles are softened.
  6. Stir & enjoy!
