Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 18¼ oz. package of butter pecan cake mix

Method
 

  1. Blend together the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer.
  2. Mix in the beaten egg yolk and the vanilla.
  3. Gradually mix in the butter pecan cake mix.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. You could line it with parchment paper instead.
  7. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
