Method
- Blend together the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer.
- Mix in the beaten egg yolk and the vanilla.
- Gradually mix in the butter pecan cake mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. You could line it with parchment paper instead.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes.
