Just Five Ingredients for This Chicken Spaghetti Pie with Velveeta Recipe

This is one of my favorite five-ingredient meals. It’s a whole family casserole dish that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. Here’s what you need:
• 3 cups cooked chicken, diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
• 6 cups cooked spaghetti, al dente (almost one regular box cooked according to the package directions) – You can even use angel hair pasta or whole wheat spaghetti noodles.
• 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
• 2 jars (15 oz each) of spaghetti or pizza sauce
• Shredded Parmesan cheese, optional for the top

That’s it! Simple, hearty, and so satisfying.

Method: Easy as Pie (Literally)

Let’s get cooking:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a big bowl, combine the chicken, cooked pasta, cubed Velveeta, and the sauce.
3. Mix everything together until it’s evenly coated with that creamy, cheesy sauce.
4. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. Pour the mixture into the dish and press it down gently.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top if you like.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.

That’s all. You’re not really cooking it—just melting everything together to warm it up and get the melty cheese throughout.

Want to Add More Flavor?

You totally can. This recipe is a solid base, but here are a few seasonings I love tossing in for extra flavor:
• A dash of garlic powder or cayenne pepper
• A pinch of onion powder
• A sprinkle of red pepper flakes if your family likes a little kick or some diced black olives

Add a little or a lot—it’s totally up to you.

Why This Easy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe Works

This dish hits all the marks.
• It’s budget-friendly.
• It’s filling.
• It’s great for picky eaters.
• It keeps well in the fridge.

You can store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat them later. It’s even better the next day.

It’s also perfect for using up tender chicken from earlier in the week. I often use leftover or rotisserie chicken. Top it with some sour cream if you want an additional topping.

The Best Part: That Cheesy Goodness

Let’s be honest—the cheesy chicken spaghetti is what makes this pie unforgettable. The Velveeta cheese melts down into this creamy ultimate comfort food.

And when you add a little Parmesan on top? Perfection!
