How to Make a Beginner Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
This beginner chia seed pudding recipe only takes three ingredients and is so delicious. If you love texture, you will want to drink this out of the mason jar. I love that this recipe is healthy and satisfying! My boys are hooked on it…and so am I. All you need is chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and a container with a lid for this recipe. I like using my mason jar for this one. Let me tell ya just how to make this.

Method
- Stir the milk and maple syrup together in a large mason jar. I think a mason jar work best because I shake it during this recipe and like to be able to put the lid on it. But just use what you have.

- Stir in the chia seeds and let it sit for 10 minutes. Stir again, put the lid on it, and give it a good shake.

- Put it in the refrigerator overnight or for 4-8 hours. I like to put it in there overnight.

- Serve about ½ cup with fresh berries and enjoy!

- Store it in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
